How our idea was born

Traditionally Emilian

Since 2004, Emilian tradition is the rule in Dispensa Emilia's kitchens.
We are your ideal lunch break or your dinner with friends. We serve you fast and with a selection of typical recipes such as tigelle, handmade pasta and gnocco fritto.  
 

Our specialty: the tigella!

The tigella is the queen of our menu. It is a thin round stuffed bread originating from the Emilian Apennines. It was named after the terracotta discs on which it cooked in the hearth. It bears the flower of life, a symbol of fecundity.

Our kitchen in Modena

The heart and brain of Dispensa. Here all the Emilian recipes are conceived and studied, and our dishes are created with the best ingredients.

Lively and genuine like Emilia, Lambrusco changes character depending on its origin.

Parma

PGI Emilia Lambrusco

Very rich color with violet reflections, soft and creamy on the palate, fruity and persistent aromas.

Sorbara (MO)

DOC Sorbara Lambrusco

Lighter in color, it has a fresh and lively flavor with hints of raspberry. 

Castelvetro (MO)

DOC Grasparossa di Castelvetro Lambrusco

Intense ruby red color, fresh scent with hints of blackberries and floral notes.

Reggio Emilia

DOC Lambrusco Reggiano

Pleasant and fruity aromas, fresh and round flavor, and light foam.
