Dispensa Emilia’s balsamic vinegar dressing is produced only in Modena and is aged in special small wooden casks to develop its high quality and aromatic complexity. At Dispensa Emilia, it is used to dress all of our salads. We have bottled it in three different stages of aging, to perfectly accompany all of our recipes, as well as your favorite dishes.
Long recognized as a product of excellent quality, it has been made in the Modena area for over a thousand years. Its sophisticated flavor makes it a versatile accompaniment for many fine foods. It is produced by the consortium of Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena, according to uncompromising DOP rules and aged in casks of aromatic wood of various kinds for a minimum of 12 years.
